Nick Cabico

Nick Cabico was born in San Diego, California. He went to Costa Mesa High School, where he lettered in football, baseball, basketball, and track. He later went on to play collegiate football and baseball at Chapman University. He won a CIF Division 1 championship with Mater Dei High School in 1999, was a Pacific Coast League champion in basketball in 2000, playing for Costa Mesa High School, and in 2003 won a Division 3 World Series with the Chapman University Panthers. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in Psychology. After his college career, Nick was recruited into the fitness industry as a strength and conditioning coach. Training has always been Nick's passion. His ultimate goal is to help bring out the success in each of his athletes by building a foundation of strength that can be integrated within each Athlete's specific sport. Nick additionally acquired a passion for bodybuilding along the way, competing in 7 amateur bodybuilding shows and placing top 5 throughout. Nick has earned his certifications as a strength sensei pro coach, NCEP, CRP, and AED. Welcome to the squad Coach Nick!
